This 2004 refill bourbon barrel has allowed the distillate’s signature character to shine, softening the smoke and enhancing the spirit’s natural tropical notes while adding layers of vanilla, citrus, and gentle oak. After two decades of slow maturation, the result is a refined, nuanced Islay whisky full of depth and harmony.

No — all casks are already stored on-site at the bottling facility.
