Process
We offer a complete service for bottling single casks under your own label. Whether you’re a whisky club, retailer, bar, hotel, superyacht provisioner, or private individual, we handle everything from cask selection to final export.
Step 1: Cask selection
Select samples of interest, add to basket and checkout
Each cask is offered exclusively and only once
Samples can be sent globally free of charge within 2-3 working days
Cask Reservations & Sample Policy
Once you request a sample, we will:
Reserve the cask for 7 days after successful sample delivery
After the 7-day reservation period, if no confirmation is received, the cask will be released and offered to the next customer on our waitlist.
This ensures fair access to our limited single cask offerings.
Once you have decided to proceed you can simply checkout online, or alternativley email your selection and we will raise a pro forma invoice.
Step 2: Select Packaging
We offer high-quality dry goods, included in the bottling cost:
70cl bottles
Tall Round
Closures
Black, gold, or silver foil capsule (depending on bottle type)
Corks
Wooden-top corks available in black, natural, or dark brown
Transit cases
Sturdy outer packaging included

Not Include in Price
- Label design and printing are not included in this cost. You may also supply your own dry goods (bottles, closures, corks, cases).
Step 3: Bottling & Coordination
We liaise directly with the bottling plant and handle all aspects of the process:
Confirm bottling schedule
Coordinate dry goods arrival and inspection
Oversee production to ensure your cask is bottled to specification
All casks are already stored at the Glasgow bottling facility, no need to move them.
Step 4: Export & Delivery
We manage the full export process, including:
EMCS administration for bonded movements
Coordination with hauliers for UK and international shipping
Preparation of all export and compliance paperwork
You may:
- Collect Ex Works from the Glasgow warehouse
- Arrange bonded delivery through your own or our logistics partners
All bottling and additional costs will be invoiced after bottling and prior to delivery or collection.
